 Are you clearing your emotional and energetic fields - consistently? What do you do when you get "gooped" by the world, a person, the news, the physical and virtual environments you find yourself in, or even by your own emotional triggers?

"Gooped" is my partner Noah and my term for what happens to us when we get emotionally, mentally, energetically, and physically weighed down, swirled up, affected by external forces.

In the times we live in, it's really wise to ask yourself: What am I doing to keep my energy clear?Are my energetic and emotional boundaries strong? How do I know when they are weak? And how do I strengthen them.

For this conversation, I brought on Noah Martin, my partner in life, love and business because he's super wise in these realms we will explore:

  • What it means to be “gooped”.
  • How to know when you are gooped up?
  • How does it happen?
  • What do you do in the moment or as prevention to keep the external forces from knocking you off kilter?

Consider this: This energetic, emotional and mental "gooping" is often invisible to our eyes - we don't see it, but DO we feel it? But if you don't know the signs that you've been de-harmonized or 'affected' with interference, you get pulled down and swirled around and cannot operate as your wisest and most radiant self. Once you know the signs and know what to do to recenter, you gain power to stay clear and rooted even in the intensity.  

Clearing your emotional and energetic fields is a must in our world today; just like you brush your teeth and get in your daily steps. On today’s podcast, (pulled from our Wisdom Library), we’ll explore how to care for your emotional and energetic bodies by looking at:

This year I was really feeling we could all use a boost of heart power to clear out the interference - swirling within us and around us - and break our consciousness & creativity free, so we can feel possibility as reality, so much so that it gives us momentum to fuel and focus us forward.  

Consider this: We as humans are evolving. What's showing up as struggle in our reality, and through the inteference externally and internally, are catalysts we can use to heal, strengthen and elevate ourselves and the parts of world and reality we influence. Not by bypassing, but by fiercely standing in the power of the heart, together.

Here's the 3 parts we'll explore and bring into your life now in practical ways to 

  1. Invisible nterference -  The unconcious stuff that keep us stuck in patterns and realities that we no longer desire or no longer serve. Imprints like the solo-solitude or scarcity trap. Internal inteference like constraints and conflict that bind us up vs open us up. When you see the interfernce, you can move beyond it, otherwise you just get "goobered" up and stuck in it (very technical term lol). 

  2. Imagine - What you are seeking is also seeking you. When you name it and speak it, from a deep place of self worth and empowerment it's like you are painting that reality through your radiance and passion into the world. I'll teach you a practice that invokes the power of Invitation & Radiant Magnetism.

  3. Design - It's not a magical manifestation trick, it's a co-creative path and practice we engage in actively to bring this into being. From the power of invitation to exploration to experimentation, it takes courage and clarity and conscious creation and creativity. But that is part of the gift ... the question is will we dance with the Universe or try to control it and therefeor kill it?

You and I have the super power to consciously choose to catalyze ourselves vs. wait to be catalyzed big “Universal 2x4s” or external forces beyond our control in the 'banana world.'

We have the power to work with the catalyzing energy happening on our planet right now in a way that supports and serves us and others vs. overwhelming us. But like any super power, if you can't name it and articulate it, you can't wield its power…

In this episode, we explore the "feminine super power" of Catalyze: the power to use the situations that life brings you as liberators and elevators that lift YOU & OTHERS up - to expanded levels of consciousness and reality. When you choose to embrace your power to catalyze yourself out of a comfort zone, with focus and swiftness, you release and shed what's no longer needed (and is weighing you down), and take a self-empowered step into your soul's evolution, liberating yourself to a more full, true, empowered expression.

Consider this: When you shift the situation that’s challenging you from something happening to you into something happening through you or for you, you step into your power to meet and work with whatever is showing up...as a process and path to greater healing, freedom and expression.

Anger and grief are good human emotions. They have the potential to open up so much for us – individually and collectively – which can lead to healing, breaking down barriers, and breaking through to better realities.

The problem is that most humans weren't taught how to express anger or grief in healthy ways, so it comes out sideways in distorted ways, or it gets stuffed down until we blow up or get sick. Sometimes we are the receiver of that big emotional eruption and other times we are the "unleasher" or "erupter" on someone else.

This episode was originally released in July 2024 as part of our nine-part summer series, Stay Light, hosted by Christine Arylo & Jennifer Alexandar. We pulled it out of our Feminine Power Time Wisdom Library as part of our 4-part July 2025 series this year. Wisdom still so relevant for these times.    

We explore perspectives and practices around dealing with the kind of rage and grief that comes from our wounds or the wounds of others, and how to do it differently in ways that lead to wholeness, including how we can:

  • Discharge anger and grief so that it doesn't build up inside us and leak out, or erupt in distorted ways
  • Have big emotions like rage and grief about the world, about our reality, about other people's actions or choices, without them consuming us
